OSM Thome Recruitment is looking for dedicated individuals to join our Security team as RSA Officer.
The Responsible Service of Alcohol Officer (RSA Officer) plays a key role in ensuring the safe and responsible consumption of alcohol onboard. The officer monitors alcohol service in designated venues to prevent intoxication, enforce age restrictions, and ensure that all alcohol-related activities comply with company policies and procedures.
The RSA Officer works closely with the Security and Bar teams to maintain a safe environment for both guests and crew.
**Responsibilities and Tasks**:
- Monitor alcohol service in assigned bar or venue locations as directed by the Chief Security Officer (CSO).
- Identify guests who may be approaching intoxication and provide appropriate warnings when necessary.
- Prevent underage alcohol consumption (guests under 21 years of age).
- Work with bar staff to determine whether a guest should continue to be served alcohol.
