Unique Skills: This position is for weekend day shift. Paint experience required. Knowledge of paint preparation, masking, and application processes. Proficiency in using HVLP spray guns and other paint equipment. Experience with sanding, sealing, priming, and color matching. Familiarity with various paint types, coatings, and finishes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. 4 years related paint processes. Aircraft industry experience preferred. Valid Drivers License required. Advanced knowledge of paint processes and products (lacquers, enamels, epoxies, urethanes, and acrylics) is necessary.
