What you'll do

• Machine Setup and Preparation
  • Prepare moulds and equipment for production according to specifications.
  • Load raw materials such as plastic resins and additives into the moulds.
  • Set machine parameters, including temperature, rotation speed, and cycle time, based on production requirements.
• Machine Operation
  • Operate rotational moulding machines to produce plastic products.
  • Monitor machine operation to ensure the moulding process runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Adjust machine settings as necessary to optimise production and maintain product quality.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed...
