Position Summary:
This position is responsible for taking guest orders via the telephone, preparing orders, setting up trays and delivering items to guest rooms in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner and picking up dirty plateware from outside of the guest rooms under the direction of the Senior Manager, Food and Beverage.
Ensuring to provide professional and excellent quality service as per the Hotel Room Service Standard operating procedure. Additionally responsible for maintaining cleanliness at work and guest areas by clearing, collecting, and returning food and beverage items to proper area. Also serve food courses and beverages to guests within their rooms.
