What You'll Be Doing

✔ Oversee all operational departments with a strong focus on Rooms Division
✔ Lead, mentor, and develop departmental teams to deliver world-class service
✔ Manage staffing, performance, and employee engagement initiatives
✔ Drive guest satisfaction through proactive guest liaison and service recovery
✔ Prepare and manage strategic budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
✔ Monitor operational efficiencies and implement continuous improvements
✔ Ensure the highest standards of luxury hospitality are consistently maintained
✔ Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and revenue targets

What We're Looking For

✅ Minimum 3 years' experience in an Operations Manager role within a 5-star hotel environment
