This is a dual-role position. You will serve as both our primary estimator and a client-facing sales representative. If you can read a set of plans in the morning, price out materials by lunch, and sit across from a GC in the afternoon and command the room

Responsibilities

● Perform detailed takeoffs for commercial and residential projects, including reading and interpreting architectural plans and specifications

● Accurately price materials for all roofing systems — TPO, EPDM, low-slope, steep-slope, shingles, metal, and more

● Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals in a timely manner

● Maintain organized job notes and documentation throughout the estimating and sales process

● Communicate professionally with clients, architects, project managers, and general contractors — in person, by phone, and via email
