Job Description

• Studying blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials required
• Installs, maintains and repairs flashings, metallic roof and wall claddings and rainwater products such as gutters and downpipes.
• Ensure that all plumbing related to the roof, such as drainage and venting systems, is functioning properly.
• Coordinate with contractors and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
• Inspect roofs for damage and leaks, providing timely solutions to issues.
• Maintain compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
