Responsibilities:
+ Provide direct patient care in a ventilator-dependent unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
+ Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
+ Monitor and manage patients 'ventilator settings, oxygen therapy, and other medical equipment
