Position Purpose:
The Medical Surgical (Med Surg) Oncology unit at Mount Carmel East is 28 beds. The Registered Nurse would expect to see a mixture of oncology and hospice patients while also serving the med surg population. Our certified RNs administer IV and PO chemotherapy and take care of patients who are getting outpatient cancer treatment but need to be hospitalized between their treatments.
