**BayCare Health System** is currently seeking a **Registered Nurse** to join our outstanding and compassionate **Cardiac Surgical** team at **St. Joseph’s Hospital** . As part of the community since 1934, St. Joseph’s Hospital has been a partner for continued health and wellness. The Cardiac Surgical unit is a step-down / PCU unit that receives post-surgical open-heart patients once they are stable from their CVICU stay.

**The RN responsibilities include:**

+ Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
+ Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
+ Professional accountability and development.
+ Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
