The Registered Nurse (RN) manages and coordinates the nursing care activities during the client's hospitalization in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. This includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, and establishing outcomes, implementation, and evaluation. Based on this process, the RN directs and is responsible for other personnel involved in client care. The RN maintains professional accountability for all nursing care provided to clients. Demonstrates competency in nursing judgment. Maintains awareness of economic barriers of health care and acts accordingly. Demonstrates knowledge of nursing care needs and treatments for clients across various clinical specialties in compliance with established standards of nursing practice. Will be required to work with clients aged 18 years and older.
