Job Description
Under the direction of the RN Supervisor LMA, and in accordance with the approved policies and procedures, provides quality nursing care in an effort to promote comfort and healing and achieve the best possible clinical outcomes. The Registered Professional Nurse will use nursing process and approved nursing standards to provide safe and successful quality care. Provide ongoing education to both the patient and their families. Maintain an appropriate level of knowledge and clinical expertise through continuing education, inservice programs, departmental competencies, and self development activities. Work as part of the multi-disciplinary team to provide quality patient care as well as act on standing orders.
