RN - PCU/Step Down

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15) Description: RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR.

Required Skills / Certs / Exp:

• Minimum Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience on the cardiac floor required.
• Traveler Experience: Required UNLESS traveler has more than 24 months of cardiac experience.
• Skills: Cardiac Telemetry, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Sheath Removal, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Titrate Cardiac drips, Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleuravac, External CPAP/BIPAP, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management
• Certs: BLS & ACLS, NIHSS

Preferred Skills / Certs / Exp:

• Arterial line management, Wound Care/Wound Vac, and Charge Experience
