Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract

Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside miles.
RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Wednesdays during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a % to pass or they will be terminated

Will not approve blocked scheduling unless its weekends only, I can ask. Will not take a duo who needs to share care or needs same schedule.
