Registered Nurse - PACU / Post Anesthesia Care Unit

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 12-hour Day shifts available.

Job Description: The Registered Nurse in the PACU will provide high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from anesthesia. This role involves close monitoring, managing complications, and ensuring patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced environment, particularly for post-kidney transplant and neuro intervention patients.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia, particularly in high-acuity scenarios.
• Provide care for higher acuity patients, including ventilation management and vasoactive drip administration.
• Ensure airway vigilance and manage anesthesia-related complications.
