Restorative Nurse/RN or LPN

SUMMARY: The Restorative Nurse should have either an RN or an LPN. The Director is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and supervision of the restorative nursing program for the facility. The Restorative Nurse is the liaison between formalized therapy and nursing. The Restorative Nurse promotes a restorative nursing philosophy among facility departments.
