Description: Fast-paced Medical Hematology/Oncology Clinic. The clinic nurse is responsible for triaging patient phone calls. Nurse will answer My Chart messages. Entering physician orders including labs and diagnostics is required. Follow up on treatment plans and genetic testing. Arrange and coordinate diagnostics for patients. Provide patient education with chemotherapy talks. Work closely with the infusion and radiation teams to coordinate patient care. Nurses will work directly with physicians to coordinate patient care.
