• Patient Ratio Experience: 3
• Charting System Experience: Preferred Charting System Name: Epic
• Certifications: BLS, Chemo (ONS/ONCC)
• Skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, Active Immunotherapy Specific/Non Specific, Administration of blood & blood products, Administration of bone marrow*, Administration of chemotherapy, Administration of coagulation factors, Antibiotics, Antiemetics, Antitumor, BMT*, Body fluid handling post Chemotherapy, ...
