Job Duties:



" Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring in both Med Surg and ER overflow settings

" Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with acute and chronic conditions

" Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and treatments per physician orders

" Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, oxygen saturation, and pain levels; respond promptly to changes in patient condition

" Assist with emergency stabilization, rapid response, and trauma care when floating to the ER
