**Job Summary and Qualifications**

The **Manager Women's Services** will primarily be responsible for the high risk perinatal unit that serves OB patients who are identified as high risk and require inpatient hospitalization. The Manager is also responsible for planning, organizing, staffing and directing functions to ensure the effective operation of the unit. In cooperation with the leadership team, the Manager will be instrumental in developing plans, policies and procedures to efficiently provide quality care.
