Duration: (13-week contract)

Shift : 7pm - 7am 3x12s, weekend and vacation availability required.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Provide direct care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
  


• 
  Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
  


• 
  Monitor and document patient condition, response to treatment, and progress.
  


• 
  Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members.
  


• 
  Identify and resolve variances from patient goals of care.
  


•
