**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The House Supervisor RN is responsible for administrative supervision of nursing services on their assigned shift. You will represent the nursing administration and are responsible for general supervision of all departments and employees. You will report to the Director.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. Complete patient rounds three times per 12-hour shift to observe actual patient condition, supervise care, evaluate staffing needs, and provide support.
2. Adjust staffing assignments and coordinate workloads to meet census with level of care needed.
3. Coordinate and evaluate services rendered by and to all departments during shifts.
