Required: 1+ years home health experience, hospice highly preferred. HCHB and Pointcare utilization. Active/clear RN license in CT (or compact), BLS (AHA). Good driving record. Driver's license, motor vehicle report, auto insurance, and fingerprinting will be required onboarding items prior to start.
