This role acts as the administrator on call and is responsible for the overall operation of assigned markets in Georgia , including the employment of qualified hospice staff and the delivery of high-quality services across multiple sites. The Executive Director Specialist RN will provide leadership and stability by filling in across markets in Georgia , ensuring consistent compliance, quality, and patient care standards.

What You'll Do as Executive Director Specialist - RN:



Serve as the Administrator on record at assigned hospice agencies in Georgia

Oversee the day-to-day operations including staffing, compliance, patient services, and performance improvement

Drive clinical quality and ensure services meet Medicare Conditions of Participation, state hospice regulations, and Gentiva standards
