The role. Working in a fast-paced emergency department, the RN will triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages while continuously prioritizing care based on acuity levels across the unit. The nurse manages multiple cases simultaneously, coordinating with physicians and other hospital departments to ensure patient safety at every step.
