ECT Registered Nurse (RN)

Fort Lauderdale Behavioral Health Center, a subsidiary of UHS, is a private 180-bed hospital that specializes in the treatment of drug addiction, mental health issues and concurrent disorders for adults as well as adolescents. The shift begins as early as 5 AM Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The ECT nurse is responsible for all safety and patient activities before, during, and after an ECT treatment. The nurse is expected to follow all safety practices, infection control, ECT and hospital policies and procedures.
