Fairview Hospital's Dialysis Unit cares for patients with kidney failure, including those with diabetes, hypertension, COPD, post-surgical needs, or who are non-compliant with outpatient visits. Patients in this unit are typically very ill and require intensive care and monitoring. As an RN, you will deliver exceptional care throughout the patient care journey. You will interact directly with patients and their families, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and provide healthcare education as needed.
