The RN serves as a clinical resource for the initiation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of complex devices such as ECMO, VAD, CRRT, and PD. The RN partners with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and supports program excellence through staff education, structured training, and ongoing competency validation for nurses caring for patients requiring these advanced therapies.

**A caregiver in this position works 7:00pm-7:00am. Some weekends/on-call prior to the team being fully staffed.**
