Description: Weekdays and some weekends are required. Rotating holidays are part of the schedule. Staff may be required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity. Estimated patient ratios are 1:1-2. Skills required include IV start, telemetry, ventilator management, and Swans. Experience with conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and pulmonary artery lines is essential. Candidates must have the ability to manage patients on ECMO.
