Our Mother baby nurses provide care to our mother/baby dyad. Nurses assist with breastfeeding, routine post-partum care of the mom and normal newborn care. The unit consist of 25 beds across two campuses. The support person is encouraged to stay with Mom and baby to promote bonding and family centered care.

Summary:
Provides competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards. Reporting and accountable to the Nurse Manager/Director, the Clinical Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting.
