Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.

Current RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.

One year of clinical RN experience in home health. Knowledge of OASIS and Home Care Home Base preferred.

One year of clinical supervisory/management experience.

Current CPR certification.
