Are you a compassionate and collaborative Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking an RN Case Manager to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of 12 social workers and case managers. This is an inpatient-facing role, supporting patients across the area.

This position will primarily support inpatient units with the ability to float between Waupun Memorial Hospital, St. Agnes Hospital, and Ripon Medical Center, providing variety and broader exposure across facilities.

Schedule is Monday - Friday 8-4:40 . Rotating every 10th-12th weekend. No Holidays.

****Prior Case Management experience preferred.**
