Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Adult Care / Home Care Nurse to provide high-quality nursing services to adult patients within the New York City home care setting. The RN will deliver comprehensive patient-centered care, conduct clinical assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
