Guthrie Lourdes Hospital is hiring Full-Time, Day Shift Acute Care Internal Float Pool RNs to support multiple inpatient units. This is a great opportunity to broaden your skills, avoid burnout from a single unit, and gain flexibility—without sacrificing stability or support.

As an Internal Float Pool RN, you'll work within Guthrie Lourdes Hospital only, floating between designated acute care units based on staffing needs and your skill set. You'll be supported by experienced unit teams and leadership who understand what float nurses need to succeed.

Schedule & Coverage

• Three 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Weekend rotation required
• Predictable scheduling with consistent day shifts
• No bouncing between facilities—one hospital, one team
