With an extremely busy and sustained order book, the business is currently operating across multiple live, occupied schemes throughout Central and South London, with project durations typically around three months per site.
Due to ongoing workload and continued project awards, several Resident Liaison Officers are being recruited to support live delivery teams across the capital.

Your new role

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for managingmunication and engagement with residents across a portfolio of live façade remediation projects.
This is a site‑based role working across multiple live schemes, with occasional visits to a South East London office. The role will suit an experienced RLO who isfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple sites and stakeholders simultaneously.
