Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to manage enterprise risk

• Monitor compliance with the institution’s risk appetite

• Prepare periodic risk reports to the Board and the Bank of Ghana

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field

• Professional certification is preferred

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in risk management within the financial sector

• Knowledge of Bank of Ghana regulations and risk management frameworks

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
