Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the risk management framework (second line of defence)

Monitor and assess operational (non-financial) risks in line with the company's risk appetite

Actively contribute to RCSA processes and risk reporting

Partner with business stakeholders to identify, assess and manage risks, providing constructive challenge

Ensure policies and risk frameworks are properly implemented across EEA branches

Take ownership of risk domains, including monitoring and oversight

Support the preparation of risk reports for senior management and the CRO

Contribute to the annual risk plan

Promote a strong risk culture across the organisation
