            Whats on Your Plate  Conduct on-ground rider audits to ensure compliance with hygiene appearance uniform and behavior standards. 
Manage crowd control during peak hours promotional events and high-traffic locations to ensure smooth operations. 
Handle de-escalation between riders vendors and customers providing quick professional resolutions to prevent escalation of conflicts. 
Support vendor relations by addressing operational challenges acting as a liaison for smoother processes. 
Provide real-time updates on on-ground issues to relevant internal teams for swift resolution. 
Deliver safety training refreshers and updates to riders ensuring alignment with company guidelines. 
Participate in special projects aimed at operational improvement rider experience enhancement or safety campaigns.
