Experience Required: 3+ years in RFP / bid management, preferably within a global or multi-region environment

The Opportunity

We are looking for an RFP Specialist who knows how to turn a blank tender document into a compelling, commercially sharp response — on time, every time. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, commercial writing, and project coordination, and it carries real commercial weight.

You will be the person who takes our capabilities, our case studies, our pricing frameworks, and our track record — and translates all of it into winning proposals. You will work closely with the Sales, Production, and Operations teams to gather what you need and deliver responses that are accurate, persuasive, and professionally presented.
