Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Rev Ops Manager (Lead Management) at Attack Capital. The person in this role will design, own, and optimize the end-to-end lead management process, from initial inbound signal to customer onboarding and lifecycle handoff. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and maintaining the CRM and related tools, defining lead qualification rules, building and refining routing and scoring models, and ensuring clean, consistent data across systems. The role will partner closely with growth, sales, marketing, product, and compliance to build reporting, dashboards, and workflows that improve conversion rates and reduce friction for prospective investors. The Rev Ops Manager will also analyze funnel performance, run experiments to improve pipeline efficiency, document processes, and proactively recommend changes to support scalable revenue operations in a regulated environment.
