Position Purpose:
Collaborates with assigned site location(s) front office and billing colleagues to improve revenue cycle performance by reviewing metrics regularly, assessing root cause analysis, and developing/implementing action plans. Reviews denials (eligibility, registration, and authorizations, coding etc..) for each area and provides feedback to Practice Managers and Supervisors, and Leads. Provides trended metrics to help identify areas that are performing well and areas that need further development/review.
