Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for performing detailed analysis of complex Excel reports across multiple departments, facilities, and payer groups, including large workbooks with 80+ tabs. The individual will leverage strong Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience to identify trends, operational gaps, and workflow inefficiencies, with a focus on uncovering missed billing and collection opportunities. Key responsibilities include accurately posting payments, recording rates on accounts in a timely manner, resolving payment variances, and supporting month-end close processes in accordance with Central Business Office (CBO) policies. This position also plays a critical role in supporting internal teams by responding to requests, providing actionable insights, and delivering high-quality customer service while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to organizational standards.
