Role Overview We are seeking a Senior CRM Operator (RevOps Strategist) to lead CRM strategy, implementation, and escalation support across our client base. This role ensures clients actively leverage their CRM to drive revenue—not just maintain a system. This is a senior, client‑facing, strategic role requiring deep expertise in revenue operations, CRM architecture, automation, and sales process design. You will act as both a consultant and technical expert, helping clients build scalable, high‑converting systems within HighLevel.
