The Opportunity

As ourRetention Marketing Lead, youll play a key role in designing and delivering strategies that strengthen customer relationships and reduce churn. Youll lead multi-channel campaigns and influence how we connect with customers, contributing to our journey towards An Electric Britain.

Youll join us on a salary starting at 45,760 per annum. This is a hybrid role, working from home with time in our #Hove office at least a couple of times a week, offering flexibility alongside team collaboration.
