Job Overview

Mitie is looking for a Retail Security Officer who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

Qualification

Preferably hold a current SIA licence or SIA certificates (training for a licence may be provided in some circumstances).

Full 5‑year checkable employment/education history required.

Main Duties

• Deliver industry‑leading customer service
• Deterrence of violence and public order offences
• Conduct patrols of the store
• Utilise CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss
