Responsibilities:

. Greet customers and understand their needs through effective communication

. Promote and sell products to achieve individual and store sales targets.

. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage

. Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payments accurately

. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well stocked

. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally

. Stay informed about product updates, offers, and promotions

. Maintain store cleanliness and follow visual merchandising guidelines

. Prepare daily sales reports and support inventory checks
