Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and engage them to understand their riding style, bike model, and performance goals.
- Provide expert technical advice on exhaust systems, including materials (stainless steel, titanium, carbon fiber), design (full systems vs. slip-ons), performance gains, sound profiles, and legal compliance (e.g., dB levels, EPA regulations).
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, utilizing showroom displays, catalogs, and multimedia tools.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and special orders efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
