ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sales Associate at RIXO at our Bicester Village store, you will be a key brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the day‑to‑day success of the store. With a passion for fashion and styling, you will provide personalised service, build meaningful customer relationships, and contribute to achieving store sales targets. You will play an important role on the shop floor, supporting visual standards, stock management, and creating a welcoming, inspiring environment for every customer.
