Responsibilities

• Upsell our Panorama restaurant, guided trip activities, and retail products, as well as support guests to enjoy them.
• Greet and interact with all customers and aid as required, including checking them in for activities such as Glacier Explorers, Trekking and Stargazing.
• Assist with the processing of stock deliveries and shop‑floor replenishment in line with our merchandising standards.
• Keep the sales points, shop floor, and display areas clean and tidy.
