            Responsibilities  Sales and Business Development  Provide excellent client experience and timely, pertinent follow-up for both prospective clients and owners (Customer service) 
Propose clients for, and participate in, local activation events in line with the Brand Universe 
Support colleagues in their sales by helping to prepare invoices, gifts, packaging 
Ensure requests and enquiries (online, email, phone) are followed up in a timely manner 
  
Develop and maintain a high level of sales technique and watchmaking savoir-faire knowledge 
Follow-up with customer repairs liaising with customer care in Southampton and Swiss headquarters 
Provide reliable information to customers in all matters relating to sales and customer service 
Placing orders for Blancpain accessories, ensuring stock is upto date and available
